Responsibilities Efficiently wash, sanitize, and dry dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards Assist with basic food preparation tasks and support catering or banquet setups as needed Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces Support food handling procedures by adhering to proper sanitation protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishes for service Help with general cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas to promote a hygienic environment Follow all safety guidelines and procedures related to food service, cleaning, and equipment operation Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
