Barista Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and food, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, tea, and other beverages according to customer preferences and company standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition. Greet customers warmly, take orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences. Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure cleanliness and safety. Work collaboratively with team members to maintain efficient operations.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in a customer service or barista role is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and espresso machines is a plus. Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. A positive attitude and a passion for delivering great customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain a positive attitude. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A passion for serving the senior community and understanding their unique needs.
