Duties Customer Service Greet customers and take orders accurately Provide a welcoming and positive customer experience Handle customer questions and basic concerns professionally Beverage & Food Preparation Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and food items according to recipes Maintain consistency in quality, taste, and presentation Follow portioning and product standards Store Operations Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment Restock supplies and ingredients as needed Team Support Work collaboratively with team members during shifts Follow direction from Lead Shift and management Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties Food Safety & Cleanliness Follow health and safety guidelines Properly store, label, and handle food and beverages This role is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about coffee, eager to deliver outstanding service, and ready to thrive in a lively café setting.
