Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and care Greet customers warmly, taking their orders accurately and efficiently using POS system Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change while maintaining accurate cash handling records Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas Follow food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety at all times Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light meals as needed Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring satisfaction Skills Proven barista experience with knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage customization Familiarity with POS system Strong time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly while maintaining quality standards Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling practices in a café or food industry setting Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their expertise in the food industry while delivering outstanding service.
