Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware. Handle cash transactions accurately using retail math skills, process payments via POS systems, and balance cash drawers at shift end. Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially within fine dining or banquet settings. Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse patrons in a lively atmosphere. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high standards of service. Familiarity with food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing. Experience working in nightclubs or catering events is a plus; knowledge of brewing or beverage crafting is advantageous.
