Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and attentive service. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS efficiently for order processing, billing, and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Manage multiple orders simultaneously while practicing excellent time management to ensure prompt service. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in nightclub or banquet settings. Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and tracking sales using retail math principles. Follow all food safety regulations and alcohol service laws diligently to ensure compliance and guest safety. Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless catering, banquet, or food service experiences when needed. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments is highly preferred. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for efficient order processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest interactions confidently. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining quality service. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving practices. Experience in retail math or cash handling ensures accurate transactions and balancing registers. Familiarity with brewing processes or the food industry is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is key!
