Candidates must have 3+ years of recent bartending experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. In this role, you will craft quality beverages, provide exceptional guest service, and help create a welcoming and upbeat atmosphere for every guest. Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately. Deliver friendly, professional hospitality and maintain a positive guest experience. Maintain a clean, organized bar area while following food safety and sanitation standards. Process payments and handle cash accurately using the Toast POS system. Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service. Restock bar supplies and support smooth day-to-day operations. Assist with events, banquets, and team support as needed. Qualifications 3+ years of recent bartending experience required. Strong knowledge of the Toast POS system preferred. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume setting. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper handling procedures. Experience with cash handling and basic math skills required. Interest in beverage trends and cocktail presentation is a plus.
