Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Maintain a clean, organized bar area, including stocking supplies, garnishes, glassware, and ingredients to ensure seamless service. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of beverages and related products. Support bartenders by retrieving supplies, refilling stations, and assisting with food service during busy hours. Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards, including proper food handling and responsible alcohol service. Assist in cash handling procedures using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; process transactions accurately. Monitor the bar environment for safety concerns, manage crowd flow, and uphold responsible serving policies. Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments such as fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy shifts. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate order processing. Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events such as catering or banquets. Experience in beverage preparation techniques such as brewing or bartending in a nightclub or restaurant setting is a plus.
