Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, billing, and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for accurate change. Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs to management proactively. Support food service operations by serving snacks or small plates when required, especially during busy hours or special events like banquets or catering functions. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as fine dining restaurants, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS is essential for smooth order management. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service standards. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Experience working in the food industry or hospitality sector with a focus on customer service excellence. Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques including brewing and mixing cocktails is advantageous. Ability to perform retail math accurately for cash handling, tipping calculations, and inventory management.
