Framing Foreman

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Framing Foreman to lead our framing crews on residential and light commercial construction projects year round. This role is responsible for overseeing daily job site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise framing crews on-site Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications Coordinate daily tasks, materials, and manpower Ensure all work meets building codes and company quality standards Maintain job site safety Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients as needed Monitor progress and keep projects on schedule Train and mentor crew members Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in the field

Qualifications:

5+ years of framing experience (foreman or leadership experience preferred) Strong knowledge of residential construction and framing techniques Ability to read blueprints and layout structures accurately Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team Strong work ethic and attention to detail Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Skills:

Experience with post-frame and stud-frame construction Equipment operation (telehandler, skid steer, etc.) Basic knowledge of other trades (concrete, roofing, siding)

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
