We're a women-owned business looking to add a solid bartender who brings balance, confidence, and care to the room.

Who you are:

Bartending experience required. If you went to bartending school, skip this post. We are flexible with scheduling. We offer weekday shifts during happy hour and late nights. We have some weekend availability, but ideally candidates should be available during the week. Fast, clean, consistent. You don't cut corners, and you support your team. Comfortable running the show solo or tag-teaming with floor staff.

What we offer:

Shift pay plus pooled tips. Paid training. You'll learn our specs, systems, and flow before you're on the clock solo. Late-night energy with neighborhood regulars and an industry crowd.

Qualifications:

Must be authorized to work in the United States Must be 18+ (21+ for bartender role) Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand and move for 8-hour shifts Can lift up to 50 lbs (kegs, ice bins, etc.) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Willing to follow health, safety, and alcohol service guidelines Willing to work both independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable and punctual

Requirements:

in accordance with town ordinance, all bar employees must obtain a bar card through the town. Upon hiring this is expected to be done within 30 days of your hire date.
