system and deliver prompt service. Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service, answer questions about menu items, and suggest specials or pairings. Manage cash handling duties including cashiering, processing payments accurately, and balancing registers at shift end. Assist in setting up events as needed, providing professional service. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours. Skills Proficiency with POS systems for order entry and sales processing. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that enhances guest experiences. Experience in food handling, food safety practices, and proper alcohol serving procedures. Knowledge of retail math, basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions. Previous experience is highly desirable. Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with team members and interact positively with guests.
