Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Begin an exciting new chapter working as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for the upcoming 26/27 academic year! This full-time contract opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful difference by impacting students across several school sites. The position runs from August 19, 2026, through June 11, 2027, with a consistent weekday schedule from 8 am to 4 pm. You'll serve in a dynamic district office-based capacity, providing expertise and oversight across three to four school sites and supporting a diverse student population spanning multiple grade levels. From conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and offering consultative services, your skills will be key in shaping positive learning environments. As part of this role, you'll also supervise and support one to two Registered Behavior Technicians, ensuring strategies and interventions are carried out with fidelity.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Current and active BCBA certification required Previous experience performing FBAs and developing BIPs in school settings Background managing or supervising support staff (RBTs or similar) Strong collaboration and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams Ability to work effectively across mixed grade levels and school sites Dedication to fostering inclusive environments and positive behavioral supports
