Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Take your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to the next level with an impactful, part-time contract opportunity for the 2026-2027 school year. This flexible role offers the chance to support students and staff for 20-25 hours each week, making a measurable difference in school communities near Brantley, AL. Bring your skills to a collaborative setting where you'll work closely with educational professionals to enhance student outcomes through the development and implementation of effective behavior plans. You'll also provide supervision and ongoing guidance to district behavior aides and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring the highest quality of behavioral support for your students.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification required Prior experience in a school setting preferred Strong background in Functional Behavioral Assessments and creating Behavior Intervention Plans Skilled in coaching and supervising behavioral support staff Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities Able to travel to assigned school sites as needed
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students Guide and supervise RBTs and behavioral aides within the district Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student progress Monitor the effectiveness of interventions and make data-driven adjustments Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with district and regulatory standards This role offers the flexibility and autonomy of part-time hours within a supportive school environment.
