Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Shape positive learning experiences as an onsite BCBA working within a diverse PK-12+ grade system. As a critical support for students, educators, and families, you'll collaborate onsite to help students reach their potential throughout the academic year, from August 26 to June 27. This contract opportunity offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, with the chance to make a meaningful difference across all school levels.
Qualifications:
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Experience providing behavioral support in educational settings, preferably spanning early childhood through high school Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans Must be available to work in-person throughout the entire assignment Dedicated to fostering inclusive, supportive environments for students of varied abilities
Responsibilities:
Deliver behavior analytic services onsite to support students, staff, and families across districts Assess, design, and oversee execution of data-driven behavior intervention plans for a diverse caseload Collaborate closely with educators, related service providers, and administration Train and mentor school staff on evidence-based behavioral strategies Engage in ongoing data collection, progress monitoring, and regular reporting Partner with families and school teams to ensure continuity and consistency in behavioral supports This is your opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your expertise will impact students throughout a full academic year.
