Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to support students with severe disabilities and autism throughout the school year. Join the Soliant Education team to make a meaningful impact by providing behavioral expertise, crisis intervention, and staff collaboration in a dynamic school-based setting!
Pay and Benefits:
$45-$56/hr We offer medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans 401k with employer match
Requirements:
Active Delaware BCBA licensure/certification required Confirmation of active certification required at time of submission Experience working with children with severe disabilities and autism preferred Strong background in crisis intervention, ABA implementation, and school collaboration
Onsite Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) Participate in de-escalation efforts and serve as a member of the school crisis team Collaborate on behavioral goals and supports for student IEPs Assist with behavioral data collection and progress monitoring Provide ongoing behavioral support and consultation to school staff and students
Interview Process:
(10-15) minute screening call with a Soliant Education Recruiter (20-30) minute Microsoft Teams interview directly with the school Offer is typically within 24 hours of the virtual interview.
