Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students for the 2026-2027 school year. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative school environment, providing behavioral support to students with severe disabilities and autism across a wide age range. Position Overview

        Hours:
        Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
          Setting:
          Onsite only
            Pay Rate:
            $45-$50 per hour Responsibilities
            • Participate in de-escalation efforts and serve as part of the crisis response team
            • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs)
            • Develop and implement Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) as appropriate
            • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on behavior goals within IEPs
            • Support and oversee data collection and progress monitoring
            • Provide behavioral support and consultation to school staff and students Requirements
            • Active Delaware BCBA licensure/certification required
            • Verification of active certification must be provided upon submission
            • Previous school-based experience preferred
            • Experience working with students with severe disabilities and autism strongly preferred
            • Strong communication and collaboration skills
