Modern Hope Autism Center is hiring Behavior Technicians & Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. We welcome certified RBTs and candidates who've completed the 40-hour RBT training. This role is primarily clinic-based with some in-home sessions. Modern Hope Autism Center is hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with children with autism in a supportive, growth-focused environment. About the Role You'll provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder while implementing individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision. This is a meaningful role with hands-on impact and strong professional growth opportunities. Responsibilities Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic, home, and/or school settings Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA Collect and record accurate session data Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment Communicate effectively with supervisors and caregivers Follow ethical and professional ABA standards Requirements One of the following: Active RBT certification, OR Completion of the 40-hour RBT training course High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred) Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred Reliable transportation Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to pass background check We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience and certification status) Support and guidance to complete RBT certification (if not yet certified) Paid supervision and mentorship from experienced BCBAs Flexible scheduling (part-time & full-time available) Paid training and professional development Career growth opportunities within ABA Schedule Daytime and after-school hours available How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed with your resume.
