Bi-Lingual Receptionist / Shipping Assistant (Spanish & English)

We have over 25 years of history in the women's fashion footwear wholesale industry. Our major customers include Fashion Nova, Forever 21, Charlotte Russe, Windsor Fashion, Burlington Coat Factory, Ross & etc.

Job Requirement:

• Must be Bi-Lingual in Spanish & English
• Good Phone Skills
• Basic Microsoft Office Skills
• 1-2 years of work receptionist experience
• Shipping Experience a plus
• A team player and willing to step up & help other staff
• A self-motive person

Job Details:

• Answering, filtering, and forwarding calls
• Greeting walk-in customers
• Arranging Fedex, UPS, & trucking pick ups & deliveries (will train)
• Invoice customers using OMS software (will train)
• Emailing & Filing customer invoices
• Ensuring restroom supplies are fully stocked
• General office administrative tasks
