Job Description

Overview Central Plains Concrete Cutting Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bid & Project Coordinator to support both pre-construction and active project operations. This role plays a key part in coordinating bids, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between estimating, operations, and project teams. Key Responsibilities Bid Coordination Monitor bidding platforms (ConstructConnect, City of Tulsa, emails, and other sources) Prepare and organize bid documents, drawings, specifications, and addenda Coordinate with estimators, subcontractors, and vendors to gather pricing and scope Track deadlines and ensure timely, compliant bid submissions Maintain organized digital project files and estimating folders Review specifications and highlight critical requirements Prepare bid forms and assist with bid bond requests Project Coordination Support Operations Manager and Project Managers with scheduling and logistics Coordinate procurement of materials, permits, and subcontractors Maintain project documentation (contracts, RFIs, change orders) Assist communication between field teams, clients, and stakeholders Track project progress, timelines, and milestones Manage small projects as assigned Required Qualifications Experience in construction coordination, estimating support, or related field Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Proficiency in construction management and project tracking software (e.g., Knowify or similar platforms), Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project Preferred Qualifications Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and how they impact project success Familiarity with workflow processes and process flow management in a construction or operations environment General knowledge of construction industry practices, documentation, and coordination standards Why Join Us? Pay:
$45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
