Job Description

Step into a day where your craft takes center stage. You'll join a manufacturing team in the Catoosa area on second shift, turning complex drawings into precise, finished weldments. From platforms and enclosures to tubing and plate, you'll own your projects, working independently and plugging into larger team builds when needed.
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM - 2:00 AM (overtime on Fridays as needed)
Pay:
$20 - $24 per hour DOE What you'll do Fit and weld structural components and assemblies: platforms, tubing, sheet metal, plate, pipe, and enclosures Execute TIG welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum Perform MIG welding on carbon steel and stainless steel Perform FCAW (fluxcore) welding on carbon steel Read and interpret complex blueprints and fabrication drawings with accuracy Measure, cut, and fit materials using tape measures, squares, levels, band saws, and grinders Assemble small and large weldments with minimal supervision Meet or exceed weld quality specifications and company standards Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Work independently on assigned builds and collaborate effectively on larger projects What you bring 5+ years fitting and welding structural components Proficiency with TIG (carbon steel, stainless, aluminum), MIG (carbon steel, stainless), and FCAW/fluxcore (carbon steel) Strong blueprint reading and layout skills Hands-on experience with tape measures, squares, levels, band saws, grinders, and related fabrication tools Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Comfort working in a non-climate-controlled shop (heat in summer months) Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Stable work history (candidates with frequent job changes will not be considered) Self-motivated, strong work ethic, and a team-first mindset Extra proof of your craft Proficient in tape measure reading Experienced with welding setups for production Confident blueprint reader Equipment you'll run MIG Welder TIG Welder Flux-Cored Arc Welder If you're the go-to welder who thrives with minimal oversight and takes pride in clean, spec-perfect work, you'll feel right at home here.
