Job Description

Responsibilities:
Workflow Coordination & Device Processing:
Coordinate and support daily data wipe operations and device movement. Ensure all devices are properly scanned, processed, and verified according to company procedures. Monitor workflow conditions in real time and identify bottlenecks, delays, or operational issues. Identify failed wipe devices or process exceptions and separate them according to SOP requirements. Ensure successfully wiped devices are accurately scanned, packed, and prepared for outbound shipment. Verify device counts, packing accuracy, and system status before shipment release.
Team Communication & Floor Support:
Communicate daily workflow instructions clearly in both English and Spanish. Support communication between management and Spanish-speaking warehouse employees. Assist with assigning labor and balancing workflow based on operational needs. Help maintain workflow efficiency and production accuracy throughout the shift. Communicate operational issues, shortages, or process concerns to management in a timely manner. Support onboarding and training of new employees in scanning and wipe procedures.
Accuracy & Quality Control:
Maintain accurate scan records and packing verification. Prevent missing scans, duplicate scans, packing mistakes, or incorrect outbound shipments. Follow and support standardized SOP procedures and workflow controls. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Requirements:
Fluent in both English and Spanish (Required). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to identify workflow issues and process exceptions in real time. Reliable attendance and strong sense of responsibility. Basic computer and barcode scanning skills. Experience in warehouse, logistics, production, or electronics processing environments. Experience with ERP/WMS systems (Odoo experience is a plus). Familiarity with mobile device handling, charging, or Android USB debugging is a plus. Experience working with barcode scanning or device processing operations preferred.
Additional Information:
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. No visa sponsorship is available for this position. PTO begins at 5 days during the first year and increases with tenure. High-performing employees may have opportunities to grow into: Senior Lead, Operations Coordinator, Warehouse Supervisor.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
