Job Description

Company Information And Job Summary:
Galaxy X Inc. is a global leader in pre-owned electronics trade and logistics, with operations in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Dubai, and the United States. The Coppell facility serves as the company's U.S. hub for sorting, quality control, and export consolidation of mobile devices. The Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for coordinating daily warehouse activities, including inbound receiving, LOT-based sorting, inventory accuracy, and outbound shipping. This role requires hands-on experience and strong coordination skills to assistin task assignment, maintain workflow efficiency, and support overall team productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Work Coordinate and perform daily tasks with warehouse associates, including receiving, sorting, and packing. Verify all inbound shipments and ensure accurate entry into the ERP system. Lead outbound preparation, including palletizing, wrapping, labeling, and freight coordination. Ensure all sorting orders are completed accurately and on time. Team Leadership & Communication Assist in leading and motivating the warehouse team to meet productivity and accuracy goals. Communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners regarding schedules, shipment status, and inventory issues. Take initiative to resolve day-to-day warehouse challenges and foster a collaborative work environment. Quality Control & Reporting Maintain accurate and legible records, reports, and operational logs. Support the implementation of standardized SOPs and continuous improvement initiatives. Safety & Compliance Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment following established safety and R2V3 standards. Ensure all associates follow proper lifting, stacking, and equipment operation procedures. Participate in routine safety inspections and 5S activities.
Qualifications:
Technical Skills Required Proficiency in basic computer and office software. Familiarity with common warehouse tools and equipment. Experience with ERP or WMS systems (Odoo or similar preferred). Experience Required Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data and documentation. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated problem-solving ability and continuous improvement mindset. Prior experience leading or coordinating a small team preferred. Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations preferred. Language Requirements Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is preferred. Benefits : 5 PTO days in the first year, with annual increase based on tenure. Paid holidays based on company operational holiday schedule.
