Salary Range:
$60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Mon-Fri Schedule Retirement Plan Health Insurance Stipend Requirements Active Property & Casualty Insurance License, or willingness to obtain one Bilingual Spanish / English strongly preferred Prior experience selling P&C Insurance preferred Proven sales performance must be verifiable Strong communication skills, a competitive mindset, and a positive attitude Self-disciplined and dependable Eager to learn, take feedback, and contribute to a team environment Responsibilities Consistently prospect and engage with company-provided leads through outbound phone calls Manage and organize a steady pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate tracking in the CRM Follow our proven sales process step-by-step to guide prospects from initial contact through closing Commit to ongoing learning and mastery of our sales system, scripts, and best practices Actively participate in training sessions, coaching, and team meetings to continuously improve performance Build rapport quickly, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate insurance solutions Handle objections professionally and persistently while maintaining a positive customer experience Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets Maintain detailed and accurate records of all prospect interactions and sales activities Stay organized, disciplined, and focused in a high-volume phone-based environment Uphold a high standard of professionalism, integrity, and customer service in every interaction About Us Our agencies began in 2005 to partner with customers while providing an exceptional place to work.
