Bilingual Production Laborer / Shipping Assistant

Texture Plus is looking for a dependable, hard-working bilingual team member to join our either our production or shipping team. This is a hands-on position that includes general production labor, packaging products, preparing shipments, and helping wherever needed throughout the day. The ideal candidates will be reliable, punctual, physically able to work in a fast-paced environment, and willing to be a true team player. This position requires someone who can follow instructions, stay productive, communicate well with others, and jump in to help with packaging and shipping on a daily basis. Responsibilities Assist the production team with daily labor tasks Package finished products carefully and efficiently Help prepare orders for shipping Lift and move materials up to 40 lbs. at a time Assist with boxes and shipments up to 50 lbs. Work in a production/warehouse environment Follow safety procedures and company instructions Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Work well with others and maintain a positive attitude Help other departments as needed Work Environment Heated and cooled warehouse Active production setting Some areas may be loud during production Standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the day is required Requirements Must be bilingual Must be dependable and punctual Must be able to lift up to 40-50 lbs. Must be comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse/production environment Previous warehouse, production, labor, shipping, or packaging experience is preferred Must be willing to help package products daily Must be a team player with a good attitude Must be able to follow directions and stay on task Pay $15.00 - $18.00 per hour , based on experience.
