Bilingual Warehouse Associate 10381 Stateline Road, Olive Branch, MS 38654 $18.50 an hour - Temporary, Full-time $18.50 an hour - Temporary, Full-time About us Position Summary Staffrite USA is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support warehouse and production operations. This role is responsible for moving, organizing, staging, and tracking materials by hand or with non-powered tools. This position does not require operating powered warehouse equipment such as forklifts, powered pallet jacks, or other machinery. Key Responsibilities Receive, sort, organize, and stage materials for production or shipping. Move parts, supplies, and finished goods throughout assigned work areas. Pick and prepare materials based on work orders, production needs, or supervisor direction. Verify part numbers, quantities, labels, and product information for accuracy. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and material tracking. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards. Report shortages, damaged materials, or discrepancies to a lead or supervisor. Work closely with warehouse, production, and shipping teams to ensure materials are available when needed. Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned. Requirements Previous warehouse,, production, or inventory experience preferred. Must be comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be available to work swing shift: 4:15 PM - 12:45 AM . Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and carrying. Ability to work in a warehouse or production environment.
