StaffRiteUSA is now hiring Assembly Operators for our a leading manufacturing client, in Olive Branch, MS. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment supporting server assembly operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform product assembly on complex components, assemblies, and sub-assemblies Follow detailed instructions for unpacking, preparation, installation, and assembly of units Set up and operate automatic or semi-automatic machinery Open and unpack chassis and components used in server assembly Install/replace brackets, labels, and small components Use power tools such as screwdrivers to complete assemblies Assist with recycling and maintaining a clean work area Support team members and assist with training when needed

Requirements:

Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to stand for extended periods Comfortable working on ladders when required Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Ability to follow verbal and written instructions High school diploma or GED required
