Job Description

The BIM Project Manager leads project-level BIM coordination and digital construction execution, ensuring models meet project schedules, quality standards, and client expectations. This role is leadership-focused, not production-heavy, with emphasis on coordination oversight, mentorship, and client communication. The BIM Project Manager connects BIM teams with project stakeholders to deliver fully coordinated, constructible models. Key Responsibilities Lead BIM execution across assigned projects, ensuring accuracy, constructability, and schedule alignment Manage and mentor BIM detailers and coordinators, providing direction, feedback, and development Oversee coordination meetings to resolve clashes and confirm constructability Serve as the primary BIM contact for clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners Translate client requirements into clear BIM tasks and deliverables Track BIM schedules, milestones, and cross-discipline coordination Review models for quality, completeness, and compliance with standards Develop or review BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and coordination workflows Ensure adherence to modeling standards, file structures, and naming conventions Communicate progress, risks, and action items to project managers and leadership Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of BIM/VDC experience Proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination platforms Strong understanding of construction methods, design intent, and field coordination Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects Strong communication, organization, and client-facing skills Familiarity with fabrication, layout, or field coordination preferred Preferred Skills Experience developing BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) Experience mentoring BIM teams and supporting internal standards Familiarity with
ISO 19650, AIA
E203, and CDE platforms (ACC, BIM 360, Procore) Experience in MEP or design-build environments

Full-time Pay:
$110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
