reviews Full-time Job Purpose Serve as the lead resource for maintenance planning and scheduling activities within the Bindery department. This role is responsible for coordinating preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance efforts to minimize downtime, improve equipment reliability, and support efficient production operations. The Bindery Maintenance Planner works closely with maintenance, production, and leadership teams to ensure maintenance activities are effectively planned, scheduled, and executed while supporting long-term asset management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for bindery equipment Prioritize maintenance work orders based on production needs, equipment reliability, and operational impact Coordinate maintenance shutdowns, equipment overhauls, and special projects to minimize downtime Maintain and update work orders, maintenance schedules, and equipment records within the CMMS system Coordinate parts, tools, contractors, and labor required for maintenance activities Analyze downtime trends and maintenance data to identify reliability improvement opportunities Support root cause analysis investigations and implement corrective actions for recurring equipment issues Prepare reports and performance metrics related to downtime, maintenance completion, reliability, and costs Collaborate with production, maintenance, vendors, and leadership teams to support operational goals Provide guidance and support to maintenance personnel and junior planners on scheduling processes and CMMS usage

Preferred Requirements:
