Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is bilingual in English and Spanish to join our growing ABA clinic in Stuart, FL. This role is ideal for a BCBA who values flexibility, clinical autonomy, and a supportive team environment. You will be responsible for designing and supervising individualized ABA programs for children with autism and developmental needs while working closely with families and RBTs. We are committed to creating a low-stress, high-quality clinical environment where both clients and staff can thrive. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans Supervise and train RBTs to ensure high-quality service delivery Monitor client progress and update programs as needed Provide parent training and support Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams when necessary Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with Medicaid and insurance requirements What We Offer Competitive salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year Flexible schedule Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities for professional growth Minimal administrative burden (we value your time) Continuing education support Qualifications Active BCBA certification Experience working with children with autism Strong leadership and communication skills Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred) Why Join Us?
