Job Description

BCBA Owned and Led Organization! Currently hiring a BCBA to support a Wake Forest Case 1099 position, in person position Job Overview As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum. Your expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA) will empower you to develop and implement tailored behavioral interventions that promote positive outcomes. You will work collaboratively with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for each individual. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while fostering growth and independence in your clients. What you'll do Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify individual needs and challenges. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles, ensuring they are effective and measurable. Collect and analyze data to monitor progress, adjusting interventions as necessary to achieve optimal results. Provide training and support to families, caregivers, and staff on behavioral strategies and techniques. Maintain accurate medical documentation, including patient records and progress notes, in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and share insights on patient progress. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health. Basic qualifications Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or equivalent certification. Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to behavioral health. Preferred qualifications Experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental disabilities. Familiarity with special education practices and strategies. Proficiency in patient assessment techniques and intake processes. Demonstrated ability to collect and analyze data effectively.
