Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting educational needs in a vibrant school setting near Osage, MN. This contract position requires an expert in behavioral health to deliver meaningful services directly to students, offering hands-on guidance and intervention planning. Ideal candidates will start as soon as possible, working on-site to make an immediate impact. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Active and current BCBA certification required Experience providing behavioral services in educational or school-based settings strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral intervention plans Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities Unwavering commitment to ethical standards of behavioral analysis Ability to adapt strategies to meet the diverse needs of students and staffKey Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and comprehensive behavioral analyses Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for students Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure effective communication and coordination of care Deliver ongoing staff training and support for implementation of interventions Gather and analyze data to adjust interventions for best outcomes Maintain detailed documentation following school guidelines and ethical requirements Support a positive, inclusive, and proactive learning environment This position offers an engaging, supportive work culture where your expertise will directly benefit students and contribute to a collaborative educational team.
