Cabinet Designer / Sales

We are looking for someone to join our team in designing and selling cabinetry. This role is a mix of working with customers, creating designs, and guiding projects from start to finish. What You'll Do Work directly with customers and builders to design cabinetry layouts Use KCD software (we will train you) to create designs and layouts Help customers choose styles, finishes, and options that fit their needs Guide projects from initial design through installation Coordinate with customers and our team to ensure the final result meets expectations Answer phones and assist with general customer inquiries What the Job is Like Relaxed, team-oriented environment Work alongside other designers to collaborate and share ideas Mostly desk/computer work (sitting most of the day) A lot of designing, talking with customers, and coordinating details What We're Looking For Good communication and customer service skills Willingness to learn design software (no experience required) Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects Someone who fits well with our team and work environment Pay & Benefits Hourly base pay plus commission (base depending on experience) 401(k) Health insurance + supplemental insurance options Paid holidays 80 hours of vacation per year Flexible scheduling
