Supporting onboarding and maintaining employee records Managing purchasing and communication systems Providing general office and administrative support Coordinating with teams on medical records, data entry, and claims Assisting with personnel processes to ensure efficiency across the branch Responsibilities As a Home Health Branch Operating Manager, You will: Manage and support administrative and non-clinical operations of the agency Ensure accurate and timely payroll and compliance under Branch Director supervision Assist with billing processes to support timely claim submission and minimize denials Participate in internal audits, surveys, and report preparation Maintain contracts, vendor records, and assist with medical records requests Support the Director with audits, licensure reviews, and compliance activities (QAPI, Complaints, EPP, etc.) Ensure all employee documentation and regulatory compliance requirements are met Qualifications Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of healthcare professionals Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, staff, and other stakeholders Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively Understanding of relevant state and federal regulations governing home health care Understanding expense management Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, and develop effective solutions About our Line of Business Adoration Home Health and Hospice, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, provides quality and compassionate services in the comfort of home, providing support for patients, families, and caregivers in their time of need.
