BRAND NEW RESTAURANT Taco Bell - Restaurant Managers

Looking for Taco Bell General Managers! Are you serious about Tacos? We are! We're Pacific Bells, a Franchisee of Taco Bell. We operate over 270 restaurants in 8 states. We are currently on the hunt for a driven General Manager! The hope is that this manager will be high-performing and will quickly accel into a Market Training Manager position and then Area Coach (District Manager) role.

Summary:

Restaurant General Managers (RGMs) are in Charge of million-dollar businesses and provide & execute on comprehensive Leadership, Performance Management, Operational Metrics, Talent Acquisition, People Development, Culture, Retention and also have some fun along the way. Currently over 50% of our Restaurant General Managers started in the Crew ranks and are now CEOs of Million Dollar businesses.

Responsibilities:

Provides leadership and guidance to each Team Member in the market to ensure customer satisfaction, successful teams, and personal development. Deliver profit goals and meet targeted objectives; ensures that correct operational procedures are followed at all times. Partners with Area Coach in the market to build sales consistently. Accountable for coaching and training Team Members, drives the process for new employee orientation, provided top-notch training and development. Develops and maintains restaurant staffing levels. Uphold company safety and security standards, food safety, and local health and safety codes. Leads recognition and motivation efforts.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED Required 1+ years of management experience required 1+ years of food service preferred Open availability is required Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching and development of employees. Basic math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills Possess technological and computer literacy
