Manage supplier portals for sales and quality matters.

Confirm customer orders and enter sales orders into the system.
Place purchase orders with SD Japan.
Prepare daily shipment orders for the warehouse.
Issue invoices.
Record accounts receivable and apply customer payments.
Follow up on overdue accounts receivable.
Record accounts payable and process supplier payments.
Prepare expense reports and accounting-related documents.
Support bookkeeping and tax-related activities. Bookkeeping and tax filing are outsourced.
Handle other accounting and tax-related matters as needed. HR Support
Prepare and manage employment agreements.
Support labor law-related matters.
Assist with recruitment activities.
Support expatriates with visas, housing, wage tax, health insurance, and other related matters.
Maintain employee vacation, attendance, and sick leave records.
Prepare workers' compensation reports for headquarters. Customer & Logistics Support
Monitor customer forecasts (FCST) and production schedules.
Coordinate and negotiate production leveling and adjustments.
Manage supplier portals for logistics-related matters.
