Job Description

Role Overview:
The House Supervisor provides administrative oversight of patient care and hospital departments, acting as a liaison between administration and staff. Responsibilities include managing staffing, patient placement, complaint resolution, and ensuring safe, high-quality care . The role involves supervising staff, fostering clinical development, and responding to special circumstances as the on-site leader. The supervisor also participates in staffing, budgeting, and operational goals to support departmental efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
Licensed RN with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's or higher 2-5 years of supervisory experience
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and 5-10 years of experience Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
Key Duties:
Manage personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations Oversee patient care operations and ensure regulatory compliance Act as a clinical mentor and coach staff Coordinate with departments to optimize service delivery Assist in budget development and adherence to financial goals This part-time role offers benefits such as medical coverage, retirement plans, tuition assistance, and paid time off.
