OVERVIEW
The Administrative Supervisor is responsible for oversight of the administrators while demonstrating our core values. This position manages schedules, communicates with Workforce Management and offers support and training to site admins.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Ensures SMEs are assigned to the proper chat groups. Conducts daily quality checks and vendor administrative updates. Provides team support through phone calls and meetings. Follows all work instructions and SOPs. Adapts to continual changes to work instructions and procedures as needed. Meets expectations for updating breaks and lunches based on overtime requests, late arrivals, and any variations. Manages vendor admins to ensure engagement and consistency. Includes relationship building exercises. Communicates with WFM client by phone and email. Offers additional support and training as needed to site admins. Maintains proper timekeeping and payroll for the admins and WFM. Schedules coaching for agents. Monitors Softphone login, real time adherence, system down, and WFM staff coding. Attends and participates in required training sessions. Follows all safety, ethics, human resources and security policies and procedures. Must keep all systems open and be responsive to management during working hours.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
Supervises a team of employees.
EXPECTED WORKDAYS/ HOURS
This position requires full, flexible availability including evenings and weekends as needed.
LOCATION
Work in-center from our Hattiesburg, MS location daily (not work from home).
QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Two years experience in supervisory positions.
