Description:
We're Hiring:
Staffing Administrative Coordinator We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Staffing Administrative Coordinator to support our onsite and recruiting teams. This role plays an important part in keeping staffing operations running smoothly by assisting with onboarding, scheduling, employee records, payroll documentation, compliance, and communication with both clients and contingent workers.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate new-hire onboarding and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately. Maintain employee records, work authorizations, certifications, and compliance documentation. Assist with scheduling shifts and communicating assignments or schedule changes to workers. Process timesheets and payroll-related documentation accurately and on time. Provide administrative, data-entry, reporting, and office support to recruiting and onsite teams. Respond to worker and client questions and provide timely updates regarding staffing needs and workforce availability. Support worker engagement and appreciation initiatives to promote retention. Answer phones, organize files, prepare reports, and assist with general office needs. Follow company policies and applicable staffing and employment regulations.
What We're Looking For:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Customer-service mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Comfortable working with internal teams, clients, and contingent workers. Proficiency with Google Workspace and staffing software preferred. Previous staffing, HR, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required. Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
