Job Description

Law Firm seeking Collection Specialist for our Clearwater law firm. This is not a Remote Position. This is a part-time position at 20 hours per week and days and times will be discussed at interview. We are a law firm of 7 attorneys and support staff that specializes in Estate Planning and Corporate. The duties for a Collection Specialist involve making collection calls; running reports; entering detailed notes in our billing system; making changes as necessary; emails and follow-ups; updating and monitoring MailChimp along with other collections and/or billing tasks. We are a busy and face-paced environment.
