Billing Process:

Manage daily, weekly, and monthly invoicing for residential and commercial pest control services while ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Keep Commercial Accounts Moving:

Upload, track, and manage invoices through third-party vendor portals such as ServiceChannel, VendorCafe , and other customer billing platforms.

Take Care of Customers:

Respond to billing questions from customers and vendors with professionalism, patience, and a helpful attitude. We believe even billing conversations can create a great customer experience! Work as a

Partner with service technician, Commercial Account Managers, and other internal teams to make sure service documentation and billing information are accurate and complete. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and takes pride in their work. You don't have to love spreadsheets - but you should be comfortable with them! You should enjoy working with numbers, catching details others may miss, and figuring out how to resolve problems. One to three years of billing or accounts receiving experience is preferred, with at least one year of invoicing and customers resolution experience required. Experience in pest control, home services, construction, or another service-based industry is a plus. Experience with ServiceChannel and/or VendorCafe is highly preferred. You'll also need to be comfortable using Microsoft products (Excel, Office, Word) and willing to learn our CRM and industry-specific systems. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment. Competitive Pay:

$20 - 22 /hour depending on experience
