You'll answer customer calls, schedule service, close out finished jobs, invoice and collect payment, and follow up with customers who need a maintenance visit or help getting a solar system back online. You'll work in our field service software and Google Workspace and coordinate with operations and accounting. This is an on-site office role in Santa Teresa, NM. Bilingual English/Spanish is required. What you'll do Answer inbound calls Look up or create customer records and schedule service appointments Record payments and follow up on unpaid balances Close completed work orders and generate invoices from technician notes Send contracts, documents, and SolarEdge / Enphase reconnect instructions Answer routine billing questions and loop in a supervisor when something is unusual Make outbound calls on overdue invoices, HVAC maintenance agreements, and offline solar systems Take clear notes on install or project questions and pass them to the right person Help with other office work as needs change Who this is a good fit for You're comfortable on the phone in English and Spanish, accurate with details, and fine wearing more than one hat.
