This field-based leadership role gives you the be in your dealerships daily to help them solve problems, develop your team, and make a visible impact. We'll set you up for success with paid 3-6 month training, occasional overnight travel during training, and a company vehicle with fuel support for territory travel. Train and mentor teams on policies, best practices, and compliance expectations. Use reports, trends, and field observations to identify opportunities and keep performance moving forward. What you'll bring 3-5 years of leadership experience with a passion for helping teams grow and succeed. Collections, finance, or automotive experience is a strong advantage. Clear communication, strong follow-through, and the ability to build trust quickly. A positive, consistent approach to accountability and performance improvement.
