Job Summary:
DeSales University is hiring a Provider Enrollment Coordinator to support provider enrollment, credentialing, and administrative coordination activities. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate provider information, preparing enrollment documentation, coordinating applications, tracking deadlines, and communicating with providers and internal teams. Common Job Roles Provider Enrollment Coordinator Provider Enrollment Specialist Credentialing Coordinator Provider Services Coordinator Healthcare Enrollment Associate Key Responsibilities Coordinate provider enrollment and credentialing processes. Prepare, review, and submit enrollment applications and required documentation. Maintain accurate provider records and enrollment information. Track application status, renewals, expirations, and important deadlines Communicate with providers, administrative staff, and external organizations as needed. Verify provider information and supporting documentation for completeness. Update databases and maintain organized electronic and physical records Assist with credentialing and recredentialing activities. Prepare reports and documentation related to provider enrollment. Follow applicable privacy, confidentiality, compliance, and organizational procedures. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework is a plus Previous healthcare administration, provider enrollment, credentialing, medical office, or administrative experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail abilities Basic computer, database, and data-entry skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities Ability to handle confidential information professionally Preferred Skills Experience with provider enrollment or credentialing systems Familiarity with healthcare administrative documentation Strong recordkeeping and data verification abilities Excellent follow-up and time management skills Strong problem-solving and communication abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team About the
