Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional office management skills, technical proficiency, and a strong ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. As an integral part of our organization, you will facilitate smooth daily operations by managing calendars, coordinating communication, and providing outstanding administrative support to ensure executive productivity and organizational effectiveness. Duties Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings with precision and attention to detail. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills. Prepare, proofread, and format documents, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel. Handle data entry tasks accurately within spreadsheets and databases such as QuickBooks or similar accounting software. Maintain organized filing systems—both electronic and physical—to ensure quick retrieval of information. Assist with office management duties including supply procurement, equipment maintenance, and front desk responsibilities. Support client communication efforts by managing inquiries professionally and providing timely responses. Coordinate travel arrangements, calendar management, and personal assistant tasks to optimize executive schedules. Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a minimum of one year of clerical experience. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), productivity software, and data entry tools Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills along with professional phone etiquette. Technical proficiency in office equipment, spreadsheets, and document proofreading is essential. Pay:
$24.54 - $26.54 per hour
