This role is ideal for a multitasking professional who excels at data entry and delivering exceptional customer relations. You will be a core backbone of our office—ensuring our client records are flawless while serving as a warm, professional touchpoint for our valued policyholders and partners.
Key Responsibilities Data Entry & Database Management:
Accurately enter and update client policies, account details, financial records, and insurance documentation within our internal systems.
Client Relations & Communication:
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and partners via phone and email; address inquiries with professionalism, warmth, and promptness.
Executive & Operational Support:
Manage executive calendars, coordinate internal/external meetings and prepare documentation for leadership reviews.
Document Control & Compliance:
Review incoming insurance documentation for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all client files comply with regulatory standards.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline office workflows, data processing routines, and client intake procedures.
Qualifications & Skills Data Entry Precision:
Data entry with a strong eye for detail.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Gmail software.
Customer Service Mindset:
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
Organization:
Ability to handle sensitive executive information, prioritize competing deadlines, and work independently.
Pay:
$36,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
