Compensation:
$26•28 per hour (depending on experience) plus, a $1,000 Sign-on Bonu s ($500 at 3 months and $500 at 6 months•)

Essential Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Role modeling professionalism Develop positive relationships with LIFE residents, families, and staff Effectively manage LIFE email account in a timely and professional manner and encourage administrative assistants to do the same Complete required training as assigned Oversee and support front desk operations, including supervision of administrative support staff (currently Alison), coordination of phone coverage, and providing front desk coverage as needed. Manage and maintain the organizational on-call schedule, ensuring accurate coverage and communication across departments. Schedule, coordinate, attend, and document monthly Management and Operations Team meetings, including preparation of agendas, meeting logistics, and note-taking. Collaborate with departments across the organization to support operational initiatives, communication needs, scheduling, and administrative coordination. Coordinate organization-wide events, trainings, and meetings. Assist with communications distributed to staff, families, and the broader organization, including organizational announcements, reminders, and event coordination. Provide general administrative and operational support to leadership and organizational initiatives as needed. Support Board of Directors for meeting preparation, including meeting room setup, food coordination, recording meetings, distributing materials, and assisting with technology setup and troubleshooting. Maintain and update organizational directories, distribution lists, and organizational charts to ensure accurate staff and departmental information.
Preferred Qualifications & Soft Skills:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint. Comfortable utilizing AI tools and technology to improve efficiency, organization, communication, and workflow management. Tech-savvy, adaptable, and able to quickly learn new systems, software, and organizational processes. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate professionally across departments and with external stakeholders. Highly dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines in a timely manner. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a collaborative team. Experience working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred. Experience working with platforms like little green light, cytracom, & calling post are preferred. Apply Now
