JOB DESCRIPTION
Under general supervision, the Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Nursing Officer. This position is highly visible and has frequent contact with the Chief Executive Officer, Assistant Administrators and medical staff.
EDUCATION
High school graduate or equivalent with a minimum of two years of higher education with course work in business, writing, English grammar, office management, document composition, communication, time-management, general mathematics and organizational skills preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Two years health care setting preferred, minimum of two years secretarial/administrative assistant experience in a professional office setting. Experience in letter composition, minute-taking, organizing, prioritizing and maintaining confidentiality.
