Job Description

Records Clerk An office generates a lot of information every day, from signed documents and internal forms to correspondence and archived files. When records are difficult to find or information is incomplete, even routine tasks can take longer than they should. We're looking for a Records Clerk in Miami, FL to help maintain accurate, accessible, and well-organized business records. Unlike an order entry role, which focuses on processing order information, this position centres on document management, record maintenance, and making sure important information is filed correctly and available when needed. We're looking for someone who enjoys working methodically, takes pride in accuracy, and understands the importance of keeping information organized.
A typical week could involve:
Sorting and filing incoming documents and business correspondence Updating digital records and maintaining organized filing systems Reviewing documents for missing information or inconsistencies Retrieving records and paperwork when requested by team members Scanning documents and uploading files to the appropriate folders Maintaining clear naming conventions and document references Checking records for duplicates, outdated information, or filing errors Organizing archived documents and supporting routine record reviews Responding to internal requests for documentation Handling confidential business information with care Tracking documents that require follow-up or additional information Helping improve the accuracy and accessibility of office records Monday to Friday The position is full-time and office-based in Miami . You'll work alongside the wider administrative team, helping ensure records remain accurate, organized, and easy to retrieve.
Hours:
9:00am-5:30pm
Schedule:
Monday-Friday Employment:
Full-time, permanent
Location:
Miami, FL Work setting: On-site Previous records or document management experience is helpful, but it isn't the only background we consider. People coming from administration, data entry, order processing, reception, filing, inventory administration, or general office support can have relevant transferable skills. You'll need good attention to detail, basic computer confidence, organization, and the ability to handle information consistently. Reliability and discretion are also important when working with business documents and confidential records. Training is provided on internal systems, filing procedures, and document management processes. Applications If you're looking for a full-time Records Clerk job in Miami, FL and enjoy keeping information accurate, documents organized, and records easy to access, submit your current resume for consideration.
