Staff to assist us with organizing, preparing, and boxing employee HR files so they can be sent off for digitization.
Prepare/organize hard copies of CRCC staff files for external digitizing process.
We estimate that we have approximately 1,020 staff files.
The number of documents within each file varies depending on the employee's length of service, the longer the tenure, the more documents included.
We estimate it will take 20 to 30 minutes per file to organize materials into the appropriate subfolders.
In addition, we anticipate 5 to 8 hours of overall file preparation time for alphabetizing and organizing.

Skills Required:
